Can We Walk? In-Person

Morning walkers, rejoice! Going on a walk comes with lots of benefits, both mental and physical. Walking can be a good way to get in some zone 2 cardio, giving your heart some love. And it can also elevate your mood, help you sleep, and even boost your immunity.

During October, join Ali Spahn, Athol Library Specialist, and friends for a 30-minute walk around Athol City Hall's baseball field next to the library. We will meet on the Athol Library front lawn.

Thursdays at 9:00 am, Fridays at 8:30 am, and Saturdays at 9:00 am. 

All ages are welcome. Bring your kids and pets too!
