Can We Walk? In-Person

Morning walkers, rejoice! Going on a walk comes with lots of benefits, both mental and physical. Walking can be a good way to get in some zone 2 cardio, giving your heart some love. And it can also elevate your mood, help you sleep, and even boost your immunity.

During October, join us for a 30-minute walk around Athol City Hall's baseball field next to the library. We will meet on the Athol Library front lawn.

Thursdays at 9:00 am, Fridays at 8:30 am, and Saturdays at 9:00 am. 

All ages are welcome. Bring your kids and pets too!
