Meeting rooms can be reserved for non-commercial, nonprofit use, during the library’s open hours. All meetings must be open to the public. Each group will be responsible for set-up and cleanup after each use without staff assistance. No private parties such as weddings, wedding showers, birthday parties, etc., are allowed.
Room layout confirmation – When booking one room, the meeting room can hold 8 tables with 20 chairs, or 40 chairs (with no tables). When booking both rooms together, there will be a max of 15 tables or 80 chairs (with no tables).
