Buzzin' w/ the Bees In-Person
Inland Empire Beekeepers Association will visit the Spirit Lake Library with honey, honeycomb, photographs, and more to teach us about honeybees and other native pollinators in the area.
Learn about queen bees and their hives, how honey is made and harvested, the changing needs and work of each season, and the astounding way bees contribute to our ecology.
Additionally, we are inviting local nursery staff to contribute their knowledge of the ecological growth/response of flowers & plants to pollinators.
